Now I'm well aware that the deck is lacking in removal. But it's not meant for 1v1 games. Most games you'll just be sitting back slowly getting your lands while other people try to kill each other. I've looked at many other versions of the deck online, and I got quite a few ideas that way. But honestly I think this version is better then any of the ones I've seen online. It's just more crisp, and refined I feel. I understand that the Eldrazi's are out of most people's price ranges, but you can replace those with other large creatures :p Hope you guys enjoy my build, and like I said I did put it together fairly recently so I am still open to advice :)

Other cards that are still being considered:

{birthing pod}
{aura fracture}
{mirari's wake}
{austere command}
{darksteel mutation}
{harmonic sliver}
{aluren} (and a few more bouncing creatures)
{luminate primordial}

I like the deck. You need more removal though, and wipes. You're also weak to counter spells. Would you consider other win cons than just bit creatures?

InfinitiveDivinity

{Avenger of Zendikar}, {Rampaging Baloth} and potentially {Seer's Sundial}?

It's funny cause everyone says the exact same thing. But playing with this deck has made me realize something. Not every edh deck needs to run a good amount of removal. This deck never becomes threatening until later in the game, and people rarely find a commander who merely fetches me lands more threatening then one who is about to beat their face in. It's pretty awesome actually. But yeah removal is really not needed here. I suppose I could throw in a cavern of souls but every deck is weak to counter spells

In my play group if the deck you're playing sits back for too long, you die. Depending on if you plan to stay local or play other places you are actually going to need wipes and removal. Also of anyone is playing {Edric Spymaster of Trest} you're going to die almost instantly. The deck seems fine except you also have too many creatures.

Well in my playgroup, we play to have fun games. That's why I don't use my {uril, the mistalker} deck. No offense but I don't really care about what your playgroup is like...this thread is about a karametra edh deck, meant for any advice, questions or information related to said deck. If you only want to talk about your playgroup please do so in another thread :)

Considering he was also suggesting more removal (As I will say that too) he's not JUST rambling on about his playgroup.

It is hard to make suggestions when your playgroup allows you to sit back like that :)
What do you have to survive a board wipe/recover from a wipe? it seems to me that a {supreme verdict} after your {Primal Surge} or {Genesis Wave} can wreck you hard, right?
Would you like suggestions on how to play around that?

For starters, my general doesn't even die to most board wipes. That already keeps me going even after a board wipe. Second, you might have noticed a card called {dauntless escort} in a my list. He usually ends up on the field when I hit a primal surge. Next, there are cards like {soul of the harvest} and {primordial sage} that draw me enough cards to where losing my field doesn't even hurt much. Also, I run a handful of ways to bounce my crucial creatures back to my hand in the event of a board wipe, such as {dust elemental} and {whitemane lion}. Lastly, there are a few other ways to get around certain wipes such as {yavimaya hollow}.

And just for the record, my playgroup doesn't simply allow me to sit back like that. There are just always far more threatening things going on before I ever become a threat. I'm not sure why that concept is foreign to some of you but hey it is what it is.

Gocougs509

So while I appreciate the offer of actual advice (as opposed to a story about your playgroup), I don't really need any on the topic of surviving wraths/board wipes.

Play against sparkle ninjas animar deck, that'll gauge the deck. That thing is silly.

Is this sarcasm, or are you being serious..? Lol a mediocre deck with a bunch of random, weak planeswalkers is not what I would encourage anyone to play against when trying to gauge the power of anoter deck. Funny that sparkle ninja talked about this deck not having a chance in his playgroup, cause that deck wouldn't have a snowball's chance in hell in my playgroup.

Her deck isn't about the planeswalkers, she could probably eliminate them and it be just as powerful. It's about flooding the board unnaturally quick and simply running the opponent over. I have an animar deck that I consider good, but I'm positive that she would crush me with hers. I'm not trying to insult your deck as I agree it looks good, I'm simply throwing out the good old "put your money where your mouth is" (all this by the way is meant friendly, not trying to be a prick).
