Death n taxes:

Mono white control, get to screw with everyone's game plan.  Then best them with white weenies.
Do you plan on using the  {Torpor Orb} on a stick from M15 ?

I'd recommend that you play legacy elves but it's a little too "dorky" for me!! ;)

I'm so FUNNY!!!!!

Elves is what drew me to legacy in the first place. Long ago I grabbed three gaeas cradles (for my saproling deck...super tech!). So with those in hand the rest is pretty budget. Plus it has whoa mana, weenie beat down, skill intensive to eek out benefits, and instant combo kills too.

Now, elves with enough fetch lands gets to run deathrite shaman instead of llanowar elves, so I have stuff to trade for to improve the deck, but it is pretty good even without that.

Miracles looks amazing though.

If you don't have gaea's cradle then nykthos does a fair impersonation. That's what I'm using until I can get hold of a couple of cradles.
