What bags/carrying cases do you guys use for carrying your stuff to magic events? As of yet I just use my backpack, but I want to have something easier to use and I was looking at the ThinkGeek Bag of Holding, does anyone on here have one and if so, how is it?

OLD Laptop bag is perfect! My holiday box + 2 vinyl guild deck boxes + dual deck box, regular deck box, 6 sided die box and DnD die set.

Also fits my 3 ring standard trade binder, pen, pad and extra room for my loose money trades in hard sleeves

Gotta think: old laptop bag may be in your garage or good will for $10.

Think geek etc : $20 or more (&TAX!) for a "cool name brand" bag that will fit less

I can easily longboard/bike to my lgs with this bag

Muggy longboards. I knew you were awesome ; u;

I use two old Beatdown boxes.  They each hold 8 sleeved decks in deck boxes perfectly.  So in my back pack is those 2 boxes with 16 total decks and then I also carry 2 of the deck builders toolkit boxes with all my rares for trade.

That's how I roll when I go somewhere to play.  If someone stole that backpack I would cry and then find them with my unusual skill set and do bad things to them....just sayin 😈

I use an old backpack. Playmat, trade stuff, decks, dice, spare sleeves, and whatever else are snug and well protected. I do what muggs does and board around with it all ;)

Sparkle Ninja

I use a yellow toolbox for all my stuff. It keeps it protected and I can lock it. My cousin Uses a black briefcase and its pretty cool

With my old computer bag, I fit:
All my dice
3 deck boxes
Warmachine models, paint, etc
3 assorted rules books
And a playmat.

Pretty awesome!

There are actual mtg bags made for the cards on eBay. I tried to get one before:/

I have the ultra pro magic box thing with the six slots on the insides.  Only, I've taken out the cardboard, so everything fits snugly, including upwards four deck boxes, a clear plastic box for my planechase planes, and a dragon's vault double deck box.  I may attach something to the strap to hold my playmat at some point.

When I go to high-end events, I have a Dragon's Egg, usually with the plastic box on the inside taken out.  Comfortably holds an EDH deck box and two 60-card boxes, with space for dice and tokens the top compartment and side pouches.  I also cut slits in the mesh siding and used Zip-ties to create rings that can hold my playmat tube for easy carrying.

I use Think Geeks bag of holding for the last 2 years and it has held up wonderfully carrying 2 binders 4(double check it's actually 5 now) commander boxes, 2 standard boxes, a lot of dice, pen/paper and a playmat. It's heavy to load around that's for sure but it has held up very nicely.

It still has room in it that I have not filled

I use an ammo box. It holds 8 decks and dice perfectly. It is also good for an intimidation factor.
