Would  {Guttersnipe} help or just take up a spot in the deck?

well this is my next question, what cards arent doing a good enough job in the deck to be replaced by snipe and looting? I honest don't know I have really play tested the deck yet because I don't have all the cards yet.

Well, currently you only have 56 cards MB. You also only have 4 rituals. My recommendation:
-1-2 Grapeshot (You only should need to see one)
-1 Repeal (I can't imagine any permanent that would give you too much trouble)
+4 Desperate Ritual
+2-3 Faithless Looting

Another card to look at would include {{Desperate Ravings}}
Well I forgot to add {desperate ritual} to my deck list, and I will try that after I receive the rest of the key pieces of the deck from eBay and test it out.

And FYI I cant add anything from the newest block because I am on my iPod 2gen and it cant get any newer iOS updates which include the newer versions of this app

Snipe would cause you to win one turn later because you have to play him, but he makes it so you don't have to go off to win.  That's a personal choice

Faithless costs too much for what it does.  I'd rather just {serum visions}
Faithless is a great card for this deck one of those most underrated cards because it helps get stuff in the yard for ascension. I read a big Jon Finkel article about this very specific deck and he stated that those ppl who ran this deck without faithless are those who are basically conceding to making a top 8.

Its very good. Even with just one ascension on board its great. With serum you get 1 card and put two on the bottom. With faithless you get two cards then choose two to go to the yard. I could see if the discard was random it would be more tricky but the jewel of the deck is ascension and it needs copies in the yard not at bottom of library.

Faithless gives you the opportunity to go off turn 3. Serum does not.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys I'll be sure to keep them in mine as I assemble this deck.

{Past in flames} is one of those cards that 3 is the magic number for. Makes all the cards in the yar active again and helps you storm off when you have only a few cards in hand. If you run 4 you see them too often. With 3 you see them right when you need them.
