I think you need more mana ramp! Try stuff like {Rampant Growth}, {Cultivate}, and also artifact ramp like {Sol Ring}! It will help speed your deck up. One discard suggestion I have is {Mind Twist}. For around 3 bucjs you can pick up a Revise edition copy and start wreaking havoc on the hands of your opponents!

you've got green, so go hard on the land ramp.  {Kodama's Reach},  {Explosive Vegetation}, and  {Khalni Heart Expedition}, and never underestimate  {Sakura-Tribe Elder}. The world is your oyster.
