Ash Zealot (and returning from graveyard)

If I have  {Ash Zealot} on battlefield, and I play a land to return  {Bloodghast} from graveyard. Will i receive 3 damage from  {Ash Zealot} last ability?

No. That is an activated ability of bloodghast's. You are not casting him which is what triggers ash's ability.
