Lol buying this for the {Living Death} alone I've wanted one in foil for my sliver EDH but the judge foil is so expensive. Maybe since people don't like this (reminds me of FTV realms) they will go for 50-60ish like realms.

Highly doubt the portal reprints will be even close to the originals... But I like half the stuff they included

2 useless portal cards don't make the set worthwhile.  Horsemanship damage really???  Those two cards are expensive because they are limited printing....not cuz they are useful.

Name a deck either one will be useful in Legacy.  Since that is the format these are legal in.

It's like a {bonfire of the damned} but it hurts you too.  Maybe useless is not the best word.  But how mana RDW decks running horsemanship have you seen in play lately?

There was an weird version of RUG delver (I think) make top 4 of SCG open using that card a few weeks ago. I went to check the price and was surprised. It's a board wipe that takes care of ground-based creatures and flying creatures in red for one spell, with is rare. Who cares about horsemanship? That's not the point of the card 😜 lol

Yeah, horsemanship can be ignored. It's basically x damage to all creatures and all players, which is really quite good. This will kill most relevant threats and utility creatures with x at 2 or 3. It's very good IMO.
