What I would normally do is copy a good creature, cypher it onto Tormented Soul (1/1 can't block and is unblockable) swing with it and copy again. What I want to know is if I copy the Tormented Soul Stolen Identity is cyphered to, can I attack with it next turn and use it like I would the other?

Thank you for posting links to the cards. This is literally my first post

Copy abilities will only copy the permanent you're copying, not ant enchantments, buffs, counters etc. this means it won't copy the cyphered spell. The mechanic for cypher requires that you attach the card being cyphered to the creature, so a copied version can't exist. The second rule should never apply because of the first, but you're not going to end up with 2 unblockable spirits making creatures each turn.
