Drawing skills?

I don't know if anyone has the drawing or creation ability. I looked into getting a custom playmat. I kinda was looking for a roman general or elspeth standing on top of   {Island}
Ponting out to sea. With her yelling or quoting (Launch the fleet) with the fleet from launch the fleet in the background.

Does anyone know where to start? Or can someone want to Attempt to draw this so I can upload it to inked playmats?

i can draw fairly well but it will take awhile to draw.
iv had people buy my drawings before so its simi profesional work but i dont color my art il let you do that if you want examples of my work pm me your number and send you a text with a few of the drawing because for whatever reason my dropbox is not working and i cant get it to post pics

Yup, unless you want a grey scale playmat, I can't help you.  Never liked those pesky colors

i can do colors but it takes longer and i normaly charge $5 for just pencil and $10 for color
