I'm not worried about being able to "afford" the trade. I can handle the loss, I wasn't using what I sent, but I still want my value. I mean, I've been waiting on a plateau for weeks, from when the cost was still around $40, now it's up over $60, which puts me behind. This is the type of stuff that makes me more upset about it....

So as of today, he has been texting me saying he can "rectify" the situation by winning some pauper tournaments and giving me value out of packs..,,should I get value at trade time price, or the increased price? Which is fair?

This is very sad ever scence Kuberr there has been so much theft... It needs to stop this section for trade is so helpful to those of us who have issues getting certain cards. And the theft makes some of us very scared to trade here even though there are so many trusted traders.

It was around before kuberr and will be around after. Just do what you can to make sure your trade is secure. You have options like tracking, send first, middleman service all available. We cannot do much more from a public forum, but you can take steps to make sure your trade is secure. If you ignore these things, you have left yourself in their hands. Good luck.

I'm in 100% aggreance that I should get the cards that I originally traded for, especially considering I traded away a vendilion clique, something that can be used towards the likes of a plateau or fetch or something of the sort.

He's stating that he sent the items and I never received, and obviously, he sent with no tracking. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt for him to send me value back....I'm so lost for words with the whole situation now....I'm probably not trading anymore online after losing two trades and one getting beat up cards....

Ya I know, and the card in the trade was a plateau, which is also jumping up!!!

He can't send me the cards back because he "traded" then right after he sent my end to me....apparently he used them in another trade then lost all the cards to his second stolen binder in one year....I'm done...can't talk about this, it fires me up every time!!!!!! AAAHHHHHHHHHBBBBBB
