Ideas

Does anyone have any ideas for a fairly cheap deck? I would say $45 to $60 is my budget. Loops and combos would be nice. Tribal decks would also be good. Any other ideas you can share as well, I'm just looking for something new to make and use.

Standard, modern, EDH...?

Standard Heroic / Devotion isn't very difficult to pull off and can be pretty cheap.
{Setessan Oath-Sworn} + any of the {Ordeal of (God)} cards can get pretty nasty.

Mono black with a {Grey merchant of asphodel} bomb late game wrecks people.

{Gladecover elf} + tons of enchantments/mana ramp you can swing for 15 T4 if you're lucky with draws.

Lets see. {Demigod of Revenge} decks are extremely annoying.

Personally love goblin tokens into {Voracious dragon}

Oh yeah. That to. Pretty sure not standard but {U}{W}{G} detain + totem armor/enchant + {fencing ace} or any low drop creatures.
