If {phyrexian revoker} resolves, the named card's activated abilities are unable to be activated for the rest of the game right?  The card text doesn't say "as long as phyrexian revoker is in play".

It's implied that the ability, like most, only works while it's in play. Check the wording on {Stigma Lasher} for an ability that lasts.

Tokens have names. You could stop the activated abilities of a token.

So.... If i name "Myr" token then anything with the name Myr cant activate its abilities? ^^

Sure. Anything with the exact name "Myr" can't play its activated abilities. Keep in mind that {Copper Myr}, {Iron Myr} are different names than {Myr}.
