Help priceing a beat up Emmy!

Ok I just got a beat up  {Emrakul, the Aeons Torn} from a buddy that ordered a new foil prerelease one off line.
It looks like the card has been played quite a few times unsleeved and also looks like some one had it in a pocket unsleeved as well it's still in playable condition sleeved though so I'm not to sure where to value it at. Any suggestion?

Is it a prerelease foil or RoE? Because a heavily played foil from roe is 100$ on tcg. I think that'd fit your description idk I'd have to see a picture. I think played foils are kinda neat. I have a played foil {it that betrays} I traded for pretty cheap

The one he bought is foil the one he gave me is just a normal nonfoil RoE that's all beat up i own the prerelease foil in a top loader and he loved it so he went and bought it off eBay

I can't even tell it's foil from the pic he sent.  It's sleeve playable, but heavily damaged. I'd say $80 in trade.  $60 cash.

I'm gonna trade it to whom ever wants it that ha what I need equal to the value that we agree upon and by what I've been seeing about 10 to 20$ trade value has been the average offer so I'll say I value it at 15$? Everyone that's seen pics think that's fair? If not please let me know not trying to over value a damaged card...
