Every time I open a {Trait Doctoring}, I just rip it up. I even ask others if they have a copy and if they use it (they never do), and I rip it up. It's SOOOO bad! They even laugh saying it's a just punishment.

As far as stupid cards go  {Archangel's Light} is freaking awful. Worst 8 drop mythic ever printed. As far as absolutely broken cards go, I hate  {Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur} and I play blue. Playing against that thing is like pit fighting where your only weapon is a carrot.

I would have to vote either {Maze of Ith}, {Sensei's Divining Top} or {Scroll Rack}. Great cards, if you have them and play them. Not so fun against them, for me, especially in the same Commander deck. Ugh!
