I've been thinking in this deck for a while. Any advice, comments, criticism? My local meta is rather controlling.

If it's controlling then I would suggest that you have 2 more lands and 2 negates so you have 6 spell counters main board. Cut the dimir charms. What kind of control is mainly there? Is it esper, UW control, cause you might be able to splash for {dispel} in your side.

There is 1 UW control and 1 bant maze's end. Other major decks include a U/W heroic aggro ,  B/G splash w reanimator, and a R/B aggro. Those are the decks that top 3 the most. I almost want to splash white for {Rest in Peace} for reanimator and {Elixir of immorality}.

Can always have the {doom blade} as a four in your side. I run esper control and have 4 doom blades side board. As far as reanimator you can splash white for it but then comes sphinx, d-sphere etc and turns into something else. Have you thought about {far/away}? Another good removal.

I would suggest the dimir divination card. Don't have time to look it up but it mills and can be sideboarded in for when you need that extra card advg

{pilfered plans}? I do agree with adding draw power in here. I would cut the {bane-alley broker}
