So I'll start recording my progress here if a moderator has better places for this by all means

E&E card shop roseville NC 3/30/2012

Round one:
1/2 loss to esper spirits, Stupid curse of deaths hold I just had bad mtg lol.
Though the game I won was turn four. Livewire lash poison.. Now if only I could draw my dang mana leaks. And apparently I need to start siding ratchet bomb.


Round two:
2/0 win against b/u zombies. Deck ran much smoother, turn 4/5 kills both times.
Blighted agent ftw.

Round three: 1/2 loss and I'm irritated I have got to be distracted or something making so many mistakes, I even blocked a 2/2 with a 1/1 boosted with {mutagenic growth} and let my creature go to the gy because I'm stupid.. Jeeze... No more headphones while playing. Ironically it was u/b zombies again and man he played a crap load of kill spells...

Round four:
2/0 win against kessig deck...

Mixed emotions about the tournament but oh we'll maybe I just need to fix my sideboard and get my darkslicks.

Today's rating: fail

2 and 2, could be worse. My first 4 FNM's I went 0/4 1/3 1/3 2/2. Brutal and discouraging, but then after that it was pretty good. Goblins FTW

Yeah the point is to have fun, and I do, got some really good trades, I'll update the book soon. But I'm probrably just dissapointed because I went undefeated for a couple weeks.

They always split top four because we don't have time to do top 8 but still. I'm just trying to get ready for regionals/grand prix

It's not so much my record as all the stupid mistakes. Guess I wont be playing with headphones in anymore...

First round just he didn't get like anything  idk what he was even running others than sword of w&p 2/0
2nd was w/b tokens :/ like he musta been cheating cause he got 3 virtues out like turn 4 two games I'm like da faque 1/2
3rd mono black midrange decemated me with out worry 1/2
4th r/g werewolves pretty even just luckier draws, 1/2
5th my opponent like dissapeared an I won the round by default lol

Yea that card seems very viable in standard and it can really put a hurting on someone unprepared for it.
