I like the deck but how are you looking to play it? Control the board while milling with phenax? Or more of a board control while attacking with creatures you exiled using ashiok?

That would really depend on what's happening. If I get a chance, I'll pull off the combo. If not, beat down and/or mill.

I kinda wanna put  {Mistcutter Hydra} in the sideboard against blue decks, but no idea what to cut. Or maybe even  {Notion Thief}. I never noticed he had flash before.

What exactly are you planning on tapping with Phenax's ability? All those creatures toughness are pretty low. I'd throw in a couple kioras and hopefully you'd be able to pop her off and get some 9/9 krakens for mill. I did that at the last tourny I was at and demolished a few people.

Plus Kiora is a good form of control herself. Basically a fog for any creature on the opposite end.

Hopefully if I'm milling, I'm pulling off the infinite combo. Or even Phenax himself.

Help me out; what's this infinite combo you're talkin about?

2 {Kiora's Follower} each equiped with an {Illusionist's Bracers}. Have Phenax on the field, and another creature.

1.) Tap the creature to mill.
2.) Tap Follower1 to untap the creature. She can't untap herself due to the text.
3.) Tap the creature to mill again.
4.) Tap Follower2 to untap creature and Follower1.

From there, you just keep using a Follower to untap the creature and the other Follower. Milling out the opponent, and winning you the game. Main reason I"m runnng {Simic Charm}.
