I remember this with {crovax, the cursed} and {ascendant evincar}, I can have a Garruk wild speaker out at the same time as a garruk, viel cursed because while they are technically the same planes walker they have different names and are therefore different cards or will the legend rule cause them both to die?

Talk about a run-on.

Planeswalker rule is different than the Legend rule.  You can only have one planewalker of a given type on the field.  Types are: Tezzeret, Lilana, Sorin, Nissa, Garruk, and so on...

In short. 2 Gurruks will kill themselves. Same as if i had {Sorin Markov} and {Sorin, lord of innistrad}.

Also, with the legend rule, name isn't the full card name, just the name attributed to the certain "character". ie. {glissa sunseeker} and {glissa the traitor} are both named {glissa}, therefore the legend rule applies, also with all the {iname} different aspects, and {iname as one} (or whatever it is) all are named {iname}, therefore the legend rule applies.

No because you can have both {Mikeaus the unhallowed} and {Mikeaus, the Lunarch} in a deck. The legend rule is duplicates of a legendary creature word for word. White micky and black micky can be on the fiels as well as both glissa's.
