Activated abilities of permanents you control now have Phyrexian channeling. (As you activate an ability of a permanent you control, you may pay 2 life. If you do, they produce one mana of any color in addition to their original ability. Paying the life makes that activated ability of that permanent a mana ability until end of turn.)

When My Life For Yours enters the battlefield put a 10/10 Spirit Warrior creature with Defender, flying and hexproof and "On your upkeep put a +1/+1 as long as enchanted creature remains on the battlefield." and "When enchanted creature dies this creature loses Defender and must attack each turn if able.
