Selling my magic collection

Ok guys. I'm stepping out of magic for a while. I want to sell everything. I have a ton of commons and uncommons not listed. Probably 500 sleeves, about 7 deck boxes, , jace playmat and a white leather box that sells for $15.  I have fatpack boxes and booster boxes full of cards. My trade binder is updated with my rares and mythics. I have a lot of foils no listed and about 50 zendikar lands. There are a lot of cards and 12 D6 dice and 4 D20s. Also I have the checklists for the cards in standard.

My trade binder is Medium valued at over $1200. I'd like to see about $950 for everything. I can get pics of need be.

I backed out because Sorin was losing value quick. I messaged you about it. People know im a good trader.  If you want my stuff make an offer.

In other topics. I may be interested in parting out my collection. I was hoping to get rid of it at once but it's no always how it works out .  The boxes are opened. They have all the cards in them minus the rares, which are in my binder.

I forgot to mention, I have almost a complete set of new phyrexia, minus a few uncommons and the rares in a lip lock bag. A lot of the rares and mythics are in my binder though.
