Interesting card idea?

What about a Heroic based instant, a 0 drop card that simply says

"Target up to two target creatures"

Broken with Heroic or not?

You can target him with both parts of the spell, but heroic won't trigger twice since it's the same spell. This might actually be meh just because 5 cards for 5 1/1's will usually get you killed by card disadvantage.

Yeah that makes it less broken. I think the card wouldn't be half bad
