who should i use as the commander. i plan on having most of the deck be creatures but i like the combo for discarding a land and then playing it from the graveyard

Use Ruric Thar. Even if they kill him once he's hit the field, you still swing 6 damage out. That's nothing to sneeze at.

Personally I say Ruric. That 6 damage is just..... So.....


Anyways , I think Borby is solid too, but Ruric costs less, which matters. Ruric is also more multi player compatible whereas Borby hits only one opponent at a time

I mean I build a boryb deck that could combo draw into land to kill everyone. So there is that. He is super powerfully in right build
