I don't think really anything will happen with the bans and unbans. Although {Deathrite Shaman} is amazing, I don't think he will be banned.

Yeah I don't either, but it's the only thing being suggested for a ban. Unban of Bitterblossom would be a huge deal, and I feel like they will want to shake things up now that the format has shifted and we have powerful hate cards

Not at all.  They are strictly better than basics for one, and affinity doesn't need any more speed.

I agree with Lolrus, {Wild Nacatl} seems like a good unbanning candidate. Zoo isn't exactly a degenerate deck, and it wouldn't hurt the format to see it again. I don't think {Golgari Grave Troll} wouldn't be a big deal to unban either. Some dredge might be nice! Maybe we'll even get to see those MM reprinted {Narcomoeba}s in some decks!

Honestly I don't see a problem with {Jace, The Mind Sculptor} in modern. There are so many answers for him now that weren't around when he got banned. He's got two blue in his cost, so he won't be in every deck. I just don't think he'd hurt the format anymore, not with all the available ways to deal with him

If anything does get banned in modern, I have a feeling it will be {Birthing Pod}. I don't want it to be banned, but it's doing a lot of things that they don't like cards to be doing, like showing up in too many different decks and making combo decks too consistent.

Any standard bannings? Also, my LGS has been speculating the banning of Bolt. I doubt it tho.

Standard doesn't ban cards. The only time it's ever happened is in a couple of extreme cases ({Jace the mind sculptor}, {Stoneforge Mystic}/"Cawblade") when cards had completely unbalanced and decimated the entire format.

I do not think there is any chance they would unban jacey. Printing more removal doesn't make jace any worse. It still does the same things...bounce/tempo gaining/drawing. Plus I don't really see any decent removal in modern that could deal with jace adequately, without some serious tempo loss. And the fact that he has 2 blue in his mana cost means practically nothing. Just look at {Cryptic Command}. The beat counter in modern, and nearly any deck playing blue runs 4. Jace might as well be colorless.

Onslaught fetches aren't so much banned in modern as they are illegal - they were printed before 8th edition, and therefore are not allowed in the format. They would need to be reprinted in order to become legal - which many players speculate may happen soon, perhaps during a return to Zendikar.

I don't think it will happen, people are just speculating. I also heard a lot of people freaking out, saying that {Bitterblosom} would be in the Modern Event deck, because people are thinking it will be Orzhov tokens.
