One ability once per turn at sorcery speed
Can use first turn the come intol play (they are not creatures so no summoning sickness) (exception: {Gideon champion of justice} may not be cast and convert into creature for and attack all on the same turn unless you have a way to then grant him haste)

thanks for the quick response, appreciate it, have a nice day :)

and if you happen to have a 2nd copy of the card in your hand, you could activate the one on the field, and then once that resolves cast the 2nd one. the planeswalker uniqueness rule will cause you to sacrifice one, so you'll sac the one who's ability you used. now you'll have a fresh {jace, the mind sculptor} and you can activate his ability once this turn since he has no memory of the other planeswalker.
