help combos needed

what are some good combos for a {G}{W} EDH deck my commander is  {Karametra, God of Harvests} (BoG) and im looking combos to go with her most of the deck will be low cmc so anything to make the creature bigger would help also i know there is something to make most cards u play come into play untapped but i cant remember the name of it
any suggestions are useful

Easiest way to trigger landfall, a single {primal surge}  drop all the land.
