Whenever a creature gets a +1/+1 counter put that +1/+1 counter on Deinanamous instead.
Deinanamous has Vigilance as long it has 3 or more counters on it.
Trample as long it has 5 or more.
Flying as long it has 7 or more
First Strike as long it has 10 or more.
When Deinanamous is put into a graveyard from the battlefield you lose life equal to the number of +1/+1 counters on it.

This card works pretty much with any card that can utilize counters. But i really like {Phalanx Leader} with this.

a) Usually, no. I will just post the card image along with the winner announcement.
b) I don't actually draw anything, I am using a digital program using images from the Internet...because I can't draw for my life.

Although I suppose you could suggest something along with the idea for the card just in case you win.

i think we should give a one or two week gap where a person can win so they can give other people a chance to win

This is a good idea, so maybe I'll make it where if you win one week, you can't win the next...but you can still post a card.

So in answer to Kurama's question, ultimately yes, but not in consecutive weeks.
