Silent sentinel and ordeal of heliod

{silent artisan} and {ordeal of Heliod}. If I have a creature with 3 +1/+1 counters and I attack with both the artisan and the other guy each turn, can I stack the triggers so I gain 10 each turn?

WHEN SS attacks you get to return it, but, because the creature you place it on is ALREADY attacking, he ordeal doesn't check until the next round when you declare attackers.
