Well not to keep bashing your ideas Taysby but Pilfered Plans is just the mill version of opportunity so it's good. But I do agree that Sphinxes Revs are needed! I never knew how awesome Sphinxes Revs were until I played it against mono red ... Went from 2 life to 6 drew another rev and stabalized ... Unreal card!!!

You don't understand though ... Pilfered Plans is not a mill card it's a draw engine it's replacing {Think Twice} and {Divination} the only reason why it's there and Divination is not bc it just happens to have a mill effect.

It's like {Psychic Strike} yes LG could use {Dissolve} but the mill 2 opposed to scry 1 is in her opinion more relevant in this scenario

I realize it's draw.  I'm saying the mill is irrelevant, so therefore, sphinx's is better than it.

Tbh just no Sphinx is 5 mana draw 2 heal 2 this is draw 2 they mill 2 for 3 ... I do agree that Sphinx is necessary but you need both in order to succeed IMO

She has dudes to tap to mill.  The whole reason why mill is playable now.

But why no {consuming abberation}?  He mills every time you play something, and you can tap him to double their graveyard.

I understand that but she said she never draws it so I'd suggest cutting down creatures for more control

I tried Consuming Aberrartion, but it just takes too long to get him out sadly :/ better things to play faster. I agree with you Mattao. I may try to cut out more to make sure the optimal Mill is being used and just work with that.

Not sure if it'd be relevant but I've thought bout putting in 1x {diabolical tutor} to help me reach phanex sooner or if I already have him I can find {consuming aberration} instead...that way you're not in danger of having 1 phanex on the battle field with two in hand (damn legendary rule) lol

In your maybe board you had a wight of the precinct six. I'd consider swapping in four of those and swapping out 4 omen speakers

Tried that, but Omenspeaker has great toughness for two and allows me to Scry into the cards I need. She stays ;)

I like {Omenspeaker} waaaay better scry is so relevant + if the deck you're playing doesn't have creatures ... Wight sucks :(
