Over the past month or two, my anger at my family has crept into the way I talk to people, including on here, and I've said some things that I really regret saying, that were overly harsh, that I wish I never said. So, iMtG, can we just start over fresh, and forget about the past few months (the trial would be in memory until Lolrus recieves his cards) and we can be friends?

-sincerely,

It seems so, I just need to work on making my changes good :(

Try to calculate the consequences of reactions. Usually responding in anger just keeps people away rather than actually solving the issue at hand.

Honestly the best advice I can give anyone in life and this actually isn't directed at anything to do with your trial. Be honest, about damn near everything. I have gotten myself out of SSSOOOO much trouble in life by simply saying "dude, I screwed up". Own the responsibility and own that you dropped the ball. Also be real with yourself, your not perfect, I'm not perfect, even (get ready for this..........) not even my mom is perfect. Own your inabilities and you will grow faster than ever before. (Again, honestly not directed to your drama in here, but to any 13 year old who has not lived a life yet). Glad your still here -m.

Wingnut, you keep saying awesome things. Keep it up!

"Honesty is the best policy" isn't a phrase by mistake!

And yep, it's true, nobody is perfect and we all goof now and again. My thumb would wear out if I tried to type out how many screw ups I've had in my life onto this phone.

Thanks man, I see myself as being on the more mature end of the forum being older than average and seen more life (in other words more bull sheet), hopefully my wisdom can make just one of these kids life a little easier. It won't work, but it's worth a shot.

To quote a wise psychotherapist I admire: "The past only exists as we constitute it in the present." I'm sorry to hear you/your family is experiencing issues.

I know you have plans to make things right (and I'm sorry that the mail messed up or w/e happened , because I feel if others recieved you definitely sent something to me as well).
