All about ramping into possibility storm.  Dig for it with commune and scry.  Once the storms in play, mortars or commune into the infinite.  Play a mystic to cheat in Borby.  Toss your lands for the win.  Meanwhile, every instant or sorcery will trigger guttersnipe twice.

Interesting idea. In my meta to many people play counters that will shut you down I the deck seems very fun
