I have a white one, if I recall the black ones were more pricey, check eBay tho!

They are pretty expensive, especially the ones from harder to find sets (like Zendikar). I just checked eBay and found a bunch for $6 though, thanks!

Not much, apparently. I saw some for $3, some for $6 in a few different places.
