Umm. Flickerform can only target creatures and isochron can only imprint instants cmc 2 or less.

Still not possible. {Isochron Scepter} can only imprint instants with CMC 2 or less, whereas {Ghostly Flicker} has a CMC of 3.

no the best lockdown is  {Blind Obedience}+ {Eon Hub}+{Stasis} and because of hub no taping {U} every turn so u can keep it as long as u want just use tezz to untap artifacts for mana

Except that is not a real lockdown... People can still play cards...

Now if you swap out {blind obedience} for {kismet} that would make it far more effective

You yourself can thumb your nose at the stasis bit by playing a combo using 2 {wirewood lodge}, an {argothian elder}, a {priest of Titania} and a {gemstone array} (or other filter card) as well as several cheap drop elves and/ or elf tokens
Or if you got it, sub in a  {Gaea's Cradle} for the priest and a lodge.
