I really like trostani and I was torn between making an edh or standard deck and as you can see I went standard. Problem is its my first attempt at a token deck though so any feed back would be great guys

take out guildmage for a full playset of {rootborn defense} plus putting some enchant ments in here would help because tokens are so easily removed so giving them a giant reason to live can be so much better.


i also recomend arbor elf. he helps speed things up. which is needed cause tokens can get smashed by RDW because you dont get enough guys out fast enough.

I've already got a play set of root born but arbor elf would be useful. I thinking about alpha authority and drop it on a 5/5 wurm

actually {emmara tandris} only prevents damage dealt to tokens. that's why she's not very good.

I would like to use here but yeah like he said not that good. Bit what do you guys think of  {Phantom General}? Idk if I should use him or not

That deck would be very mana intensive though but  {Growing Ranks} could be useful

You might also want to consider  {Sylvan Caryatid} as a mana ramp and defender early game. It's also hexproof which is nice.

If you can I would run growing ranks instead of Emmara because she is EXTREMELY AWFUL L. She should have hexproof and trample as well as her regular abilities to make her worth her cmc and her pt.

She is good as a one or two of for after they use their kill spells.  Most definitely horrible as a 4 of.  Maby sideboard for decks that don't run black?

I could think about running one in there I could drop the heliod if anything
