You need to run 4x {mutagenic growth} along with a couple copy's of {titanic growth} Gx infect deks need to be quick damage. ditch the {spectral flight} being you already have a flyer w/ {inkmoth nexus}.
A lot of people run {tezzret's gambit} give it a shot, card draw and a free poison counter.

Turn two {inkmoth nexus}
Attack pump with titanic and {mutagenic growth} s
Hit for 7 poison.
Should be able to peg away the last thee easy.

Ink moth, harbor, and blighted should be a 4 of and like one more hydra and add in meleria the Anti infect chick to make your hydra indestructible

UG top 8ed my FNM two weeks ago. With a few suggestions provided by helpful members, it should be running smoothly.

As far as I can tell fastest turn three kill for u/g infect is. Turn one glistener elf, turn two live wire lash turn three equip livewire lash and play {artful dodge} , bounce two poison to face , 2 mutagenic growth bounce another 4 to face, attack for 7 unblockable.

Requires 3 mana, 1 g elf, 2 mutagenic, 1 artful, 1 livewire. 8 cards if everything goes.

Fastest I've ever done was dumb and random but turn 1 typhoid rats, turn 2 tainted strike and 4 mutagenic (mono black)

Also I think spectrals are fine, for one +2+2 is amazing and extra flying on creatures that don't normally are never bad. With infect the goal should be to win fast simply because I can count to 10 before they can count to 20
