I'd say {Damnation} only so I could more easily afford some for EDH. They should reprint it in some Duel Deck or other non-Standard product, though, because mono-black devotion and Esper really don't need another board nuke.

Correction: Esper doesn't need a second board nuke. And mono-{B} devotion with. {Damnation}? No. Just no.
