It's  the orzhov branch of tax collection in theros. With sin collecters, soldiers to protect it, and bailiffs ({desecration demon}). Judge and jury to determine how much you them., blood baron as judge and Obzedat as jury. Lol

And I didn't want to call this deck orzhov midrange.

This is super rad, probably a really tough guy to deal with once those blood barons are 10/10 with flying and pro black/white. I'd maybe suggest {banisher priest} a nice exile for a period of time.

Did some serious game testing to day!
Against junk, selesnya and a epic BUG home brew. did some changes again to the list! Runs much better!
