What do you guys think are the best equipment of all time?

Probably the Swords. There's a reason they're worth, like, $10-20 a pop.

From a Commander standpoint, though, {Lightning Greaves}. It's useful in most decks.

I love  {Blade of the Bloodchief} in a self sacrifice deck. And a card that doesnt see a lot of play but I really enjoy is  {Elbrus, the Binding Blade}

You don't find  {Swiftfoot Boots} better since they at least allow you to target your own guy?

They require one more mana to use. I only use it in Nekusar because I have stuff that needs to target him. Otherwise, I'd use the greaves.

Cool, i run a lot of blue black self targeting decks so i'm all about hexproof over shroud, but if you don't need go with the cheaper mana cost... Was just curious.

I had forgotten about this. I'd say it's probably the best single equipment, while the Swords are probably the best cycle.

Jitte is definity the best. Whether you block or not doesn't even make a difference. Once the jitte has swung, the controler of it controls the board.

I really like {Elbrus, the Binding Blade}, and {Konda's Banner} is hilarious in a mono-tribal deck.

Not best certainly but I remember having a lot of fun putting {Inquisitor's Flail} on my double strike creatures.
