Now I know that you cannot have two legendary creatures of the same name on the battlefield at the same time, but what if one is sent to yor graveyard and you have the same card in your hand, can you play it?

Yes. Battlefield and Graveyard are two different zones.

Oh, I'm just building a deck right now with a couple {Glissa, the traitors} in them. Now I know if I tag a {lure} on her, I can get rid of three creatures, then cast another one of her from my hand once she's dead.

I'm sure it's been asked somewhere but if you can give the white Mickey undying will he come back with an extra counter if you used his last one to kill him?

Yup having black mickey will bring him out tif u tap him to death however if im right he only gets 1 counter on him
