After how long is it appropriate to open a trial for a trade you never recieved from?

(IMO) Whenever it becomes apparent that the person will not be completing a trade. I'd say: wait a week or two after you send out. If not received, PM them. If they don't reply within a week or are consistently dodging you, they are most likely scamming you.
