I'm assuming you can re equip it to a ninja that I ninjitsu out then use that to untap my lands and than ninjitsu another ninja equip that and rinse repeat?

Equip can only be activated any time you could play a sorcery, ie a main phase. So if you ninjutsu'd a creature you would not be able to equip it before combat damage is dealt.

Unless you have a {Auriok Windwalker} you can only do it at Sorcery speed

{Leonin Shikari} also lets you equip at instant speed. But under normal circumstances, equipping can only be done at sorcery speed.

702.6a Equip is an activated ability of Equipment cards. "Equip [cost]" means "[Cost]: Attach this permanent to target creature you control. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery."

What about bestow?

Only with {Boon Satyr}. Or if your bestow creatures have Flash (see {Prophet of Kruphix}).

Some equipments have instant ability, like  {Cranial Plating} {b{}b}

Oh wow I just realised that all equipments are society speed? Hmm I thought that some can be as long as they don't have that "only equip as a socery" text thing. I have got soooo much to learn about the mastering of magic cos really even though I had played my games very professionally i must keep on improving... Thanks for telling me this so i don't mess up in another game of equipping.

Notice that the "equip only as a sorcery" is in ( ). This means that it is reminder text and will apply to all cards that has this text and is not really part of the card (important for commander and the extort ability color identity)
