Trep blade

I have a {gravecrawler} equiped with a {trepedition blade} and i attack. After the trigger resolves a {ancient grudge} is put into the gy. Do i keep the bonuses to power if he flashbacks grudge to destry the blade?

Yes cause the Equip has already resolved.

Once the trigger resolves, the creature will get the bonus until the end of turn regardless of whether the source ({Trepanation Blade}) is destroyed.
