{Life and Limb} +  {Mycoloth} + {Thallid Germinator} + {Increasing Savagery} +  {Flesh Allergy} / {Blood Artist} / {Death's Presence} + {Lumberknot}

Use Life and limb to make tons of saprolings out of lands
Play Mycoloth and sac as many as possible giving him all the counters. Each turn add that many saps to your side of the field (they're
Also forest lands so you're getting unlimited mana) use cards like Lumberknot for one huge monster also with Blood artist / Death allergy your opponents will be losing tons of life each turn based on however many creatures you sac.
Using the other cards deaths presence / increasing savagery increases counters on your Mycoloth for more and more saprolings to sacrifice.
Swing with Mycoloth and Lumberknot for tons of damage and keep saccing the newly spawned Saprolings for loads of damage.

Throw in a {Corpsejack Menace} for double the counters

{blood artist} and {falknheart Nobel} and the one that forces players to sacrifice creatures may be good here

Edit: {lumberknot} is a good choice here too
