So I am building a deck around the 4 lovely dolls of the game. I have a card to shroud all my creatures and when they have indestructible; is there any possible way that they can die? What are good cards for a deck centered around the dolls?

By dolls I take it you mean {stuffy doll}, {creepy doll}, etc? Depends if you're playing combo or just attack em.

Yes; {voodoo doll}, {creepy doll}, {heap doll}, and {stuffy doll}..

It doesn't really matter to much to me; I can do both kill and combo. Either play style works for me

To answer your question there are still some ways to get rid of them.

Exile (until they become shrouded, they can be targeted with exile spells)

Sacrifice like through {agent of the fates}

-1-1 and -1-1counters

Non targeting exile and -1-1 counters

Discard them before they get played
