Which niv-mizzet izzet?

I'm trying to build a izzet deck with{ niv-mizzet, the firemind}. Please help. Also try and keep it fairly cheap.

You could always look at other successful niv-Mizzet EDH decks to get better ideas.

I will bump mine, I can't claim it to be 100% mine but it is amazingly effective and you will quickly realize how boring infinite combos get, so I run 0 infinites.  Take a look; I have a description in the thread.
