"Dark" theme outlines?

Would it be possible to make the borders for the buttons on the home screen a lighter color (maybe gray or something) in the dark theme?  It feels a bit unorganized with it all flowing like it is. Just a general wonderment.

Light is like this too, but I like it. It's still be a welcome fix though.
