Crypt ghast standard?

I'm not sure what's standard and I'm gonna try game day tomorrow so I was wondering if crypt ghast was standard? I was looking through my deck and googled it and I think it is if so I may stick a few in :3

Yes. Any cards from m14, return to ravnica, gatecrash, dragon's maze, and theros are standard legal.

I'm kinda questioning read the bones and cutthroat maneuver as well as some of my flyers. Most are there just for flying defense. I'm hoping to make use of the devotion thing that came out so I have abhorrent overlord, gray merchant, desciple of phenax. I stuck the resonator in there to activate the devotion effect twice and my revives, specifically rescue from the underworld, to activate them more. Rescues from the underworld is good because ill sacrifice a devotion guy then being him plus another devotion guy so this revive activates 2 devotion creatures.

The rest of the creatures in there are mostly for devotion but some nice little effects to make having them out worth something lol like the ogre slumlords, some deathtouch and the crypt ghast is there for tons of mana, he's helped me a ton in my other black deck I wish I could use that one xD

Deck is really inconsistent. I'd go black control-devotion. Needs {doom blade}. Death gaze cockatrace isn't the greatest, lemme keep looking.

Ok I have plenty of doom blade although is there another I could use incase I go against a black deck??

And if I'm doing control, are there any permanents that are good for that? Sorceries and instants aren't good for devotion

I'll actually just list some really good cards. Also, maybe branch into a second color? Maybe green and go {G}{B} rock?

My current standard deck is junk rites. Quite fun! Junk is pretty good right now, control, rites, or midrange.

Control is fun though I currently have a standard deck in progress but that one won't be done in time for tomorrow me and a buddy of mine are working on an elite arcanist deck and its tricky to figure out we nearly got it! But until then a quick black deck (I like black) for this game day
