Get a card that creates tokens or some other disposable creatures
Maybe something like  {Assemble the Legion} for tri-color or {Creakwood Liege} if you're keeping a dual color deck
Then put out a  {Bloodflow Connoisseur}
Add a  {Blade of the Bloodchief}
Each turn sack the creatures
And give vamp 3 counters
