Took a while to get the numbers right on this one, but I think it only needs minor tweaking with land base. Spell wise, I'm not sure it's the strongest, though it's definitely more unpredictable then it's predecessor.

You could run guttersnipe and young pyromancer as a boost to casting instances and sorceries

neither work in this deck. It would make the deck too inconsistent. {gutter snipe} also is too slow. In order to make {young pyromancer} work, I would have to run four, and I need things that can fly overhead. {tarland, sky summoner} would have been perfect. Unfourtanetly, I'm going to have to wait until the deck becomes too weak from pieces rotating out and I want to move it to modern before I can include him.

Warden is about 1736x better than {Seacoast Drake}

Warden is by far better than  {Runewing} cool you get a card draw ONCE, or you can have flying creatures cost {1} less? It's just a lot better IMO

runewing is the perfect cipher target, because it cancles out the negative card advantage you get if it's removed

Ok or you can pay 3 to have a flier that makes your sphinx and Chimera cost less. Like if I were you I'd want the sphinx out ASAP and renewing doesn't offer that all it is is a 2/2 board stall until you can get your sphinx

 {Bident of Thassa} seems good here with evasive creatures. Just a good card draw engine.

i never said its right were it should be. Read my posts. I'm only saying that I don't use it as a "board stall", and that it has more uses than just stalling the game
