[Extended] Dampen kaho

Hi I'm new
I'm trying to make a combo where I remove and bring back kaho 5 times to get me 15 cards so I can splice dampen thoughts 15 times

I'm currently using wormfang drake and synon sanctum to remove her

Problems
It's slow
She taps to cast spells
No haste

Was hoping to keep it blue as well,
Suggestions?

First off, {Freed from the Real} is thematic, and will help you untap.

All of your splicing needs to be Arcane, so let's look at the options...
Off the hop I'd suggest a WRU build because you'll have access to
{Otherworldly Journey} an {Eye of Nowhere} to reset Kaho, and red has mana excel {Despirate Ritual}  and cheap arcanes.

Hmm I did think of going WU or RU but I didnt think all 3.
{other worldly journey} is awesome , i didn't realize it was arcane which means I could get 2 with a {stream of conciseness} with kaho and deck while I switch her out and then shuffle them back in so that would give me the 5 swaps pretty quick 
Ive got {wayfarer's bauble} now for mana excel which I haven't tested yet but I have {trinket Mage} which gets {steel walls} or {wayfarer's bauble} so I don't think it will be too bad now 
I think I'll make a blue white build and see how it goes , If It's still too slow ill have a look at red for mana excel and {Anger}

Also with {toils of night and day} would I be able to uptap {kaho},cast a spell then uptap her again or would spell resolve before she was untapped or can she not be targeted again because it says "another"

The great thing about Kaho is she'll let you spend colorless to cast your spells. You could play a Straight U mana base and use her to cast {Kodama's Reach} and others.

You don't get a chance to do anything partway during the resolution of a spell. You have to finish the whole thing before getting to tap.

If you're using {Trinket Mage} you could also throw in {Voyager's Staff} as another way to reboot Kaho.

No. She cares about the printed CMC on the card. The familiar doesn't change the actual cost, only how much you have to pay.
