I don't know which three of my four land cycles to axe...

Edit: it's not a mono colored set, and all of these cycles were nessicary. So I guess I'm out of the contest

What if there were no planeswalkers in the block I'm revisiting? How would I reprint old ones if they didn't exist?

The Planeswalkers were drawn there by an ancient/mysterious/powerful/ect. force or maybe someone is attacking the Plane like Nicol Bolas/Phyrexians/Eldrazi and the Superfriends have to defend it.

Well I understand how I can bring some into it. I'm just curious about how I'm going to make a copy of a planeswalker from that block if they didn't exist in it. Does that make sense? Can I just make NEW planeswalkers that were Legendary Creatures at the time? Or can I reprint planeswalkers from OTHER blocks and insert them into this new one?

The walkers can be all new or new versions.

I'm actually taking the worst planeswalker and revamping him because he is the perfect antagonist for my plane...and yes. I am talking about tibalt. I'm making a playable version of him
